Marines from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (24th MEU), NATO International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), oversee the Afghanistan workers while they construct platforms and flooring that will be used as a solid base for the 24th MEU’s tents at the U.S. National Command Element (NCE) while in the RC South region of Afghanistan.
