On April 20, Cpl Gorton, Team Leader, and LCpl Savatano, Squad Automatic Weapon Gunner, of 3rd Platoon, Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, unload rounds into targets while taking part in a platoon size attack during a training scenario in the Middle East.
